Dave joined Lewis & Knopf, CPAs, P.C. in 2007. As the principal in-charge of the firm’s valuation practice, he specializes in valuation services for closely-held companies and medical practices. Dave also provides comprehensive tax and accounting services to a variety of clients including healthcare practices, partnerships, real estate holding companies, construction companies, investment partnerships, trusts and high net worth individuals.
Prior to joining Lewis & Knopf, Dave served as a partner at Rachor, Purman & Tucker CPAs, PLC (RP&T) until their merger with Lewis & Knopf.
With over 25 years of experience in accounting, Dave’s knowledge and expertise are great assets to his clients. He serves his clients as a trusted advisor and provides them with the tools and resources necessary to build a successful future. Dave understands the importance of communication and works hard to develop lasting relationships with each of his clients. The combination of a strong work ethic and honest nature are the contributing factors to his personal and professional success as an accountant.
Dave grew up on the north side of Flint, Michigan and currently resides in Goodrich. While away from the office, he enjoys listening to music, particularly vinyl records. Dave also appreciates time on the golf course and the basketball court.
