What year did you join Lewis & Knopf?
I joined the firm in 2016.
Tell us a little about where you attended college and the degree(s) you earned?
I started college at Oakland University with a focus on computer engineering. I then completed my Bachelor of Accountancy at Walsh College in 2011.
What is your favorite thing about living in Michigan?
I love that there are so many places to explore in Michigan!
Tell us a little about your family.
My husband, Russ, and I are about to celebrate our sixth anniversary. My son, Cameron, just graduated high school and is taking community college classes.
If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time?
I’d love to travel or read (or both).
What do you wish you knew more about?
I wish I knew more about other cultures.
What’s the farthest you’ve ever been from home?
The farthest I’ve traveled was to Japan. I visited my dad when he lived in Okinawa.
What was the best compliment you’ve ever received?
The best compliment was from my son. He told me he’s glad I’m his mom.
What silly accomplishment are you most proud of?
I’ve visited a total of 44 states so far! Just a few more to go!!
What is your favorite smell?
I love the smell of ginger molasses cookies baking.
When was the last time you climbed a tree?
It’s been a very long time since I last climbed a tree.
What was your first job?
I worked as a grocery store courtesy clerk.
If you could have any super power, what would it be?
I would want to have the ability to stretch time.
