Lewis & Knopf Managing Principal Appointed to the Investment Committee of Local Nonprofit

The local certified public accounting firm of Lewis & Knopf CPAs, P.C. is pleased to announce Anita Abrol, CPA has been appointed to the Investment Committee of the Community Foundation of Greater Flint (CFGF).

“It is an honor to be part of an organization that provides such great support and benefit to the Flint community,” says Abrol.  “I look forward to helping strengthen the organization during my time on the Committee and I am personally committed to carrying out the mission of the Community Foundation of Greater Flint.”

The CFGF serves the common good in Genesee County – building a strong community by engaging people in philanthropy and developing the community’s permanent endowment – now and for generations to come.

Abrol joined Lewis & Knopf in 1988.  As Managing Principal, her expertise includes healthcare, high net worth individuals, professional services, estates and trusts, and school districts. Abrol also assists many of her clients with estate and gift plans for their families, implementing strategies to save thousands of dollars in estate taxes.

Abrol graduated from the University College in London, England in 1984.  She is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).  In addition, Abrol serves on several local community boards and committees, including a large local hospital.  She currently resides in Grand Blanc, Michigan with her husband and two sons.
