Nancy got her start at the firm in 1998, having begun in the accounting profession in 1984.  In her current role as a manager, she works in the Small Business Services Department, primarily as a strategy coach for small business clients, designing efficient accounting processes. In addition, Nancy helps prepare payroll tax returns and financial statements.

Nancy was steered toward the accounting profession when she took a computer class in high school. She enjoyed doing accounting work on computers. Known for being detail oriented and organized, Nancy’s friendly manner is backed by her personal service philosophy: “Take good care of the clients you have and give them outstanding service.” Her parents were a great example to her of hard work, teamwork, and commitment, as they owned a dairy and hog farm in Wisconsin, where she grew up.

Nancy is currently a resident of Swartz Creek, where she lives with her husband, Ivan, and their three children.  She enjoys traveling to visit family, biking, walking and participating in the annual Crim-10 mile race.
