Tax Manager Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting (Master’s of Tax would be a plus)
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Certification as a Public Accountant
  • 5+ years of strong technical tax experience in a CPA firm
  • Some previous audit experience preferred
  • Experience managing staff
  • Client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills
  • Successful practice development track record
  • Ability to handle multiple engagements
